Jen AikenOur experience with Riverside Pavilion and staff, specifically Heather, was tremendous. Sadly, after losing our mom/grandmom in late 2025, we found ourselves searching for a site to hold her Celebration of Life. Please note, we live in New England, and were planning from afar! A quick search and I found several opportunities.Heather's attention to my questions and all that I was trying to manage via phone calls and emails, made me feel like we were in the same area code! She sent photos, helped with catering options, and shared ideas that other families had done for their loved ones. Upon arrival to the venue, everything was as planned, and the Pavilion was the perfect spot. Thank you Heather and Staff from New England!
