Karla G.Loved Our Stay! We really enjoyed our time at Coconut Palm Resort. The beach access was unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean! Our unit was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was quiet and family-friendly, and we felt right at home. Great location, beautiful views, and a peaceful vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

Klara Jane MadanHad a beautiful balcony view, but my goodness the rooms had so many issues. Half the plug sockets worked, and none of the bathrooms plugs worked. There were also loud mice, tons of mice, in the ceilings. The bed springs were so uncomfortable and they were rusted terribly. I slept on the pull out bed and as I was making it, one of the springs on the bottom were poking out on the bottom and poked me (luckily did not break skin). You could see the rust bleeding through the mattress. There was also either dried blood on the sheets I used or rust stained into it. The blue building we were staying in was rusting and peeling terribly. But the pool was nice and it has easy access to the ocean! This blue condo hotel definitely needs some repairing and an exterminator. As it was a 3 bedroom condo, It was spacious for a family of 9! We made it work (: I didn’t hate the place, there is just some stuff that needs to be repaired and in heavy need of replacement (the mattress!!).

Dana NoelStay at this place two times a year for 3 to 4 weeks at a time. Everybody is great at this place. Friendly, friendly, friendly that go above and beyond. If you need any help finding restaurants, they'll let you know any help. I'm finding things to do. They let you know. They also have tons of videos and games and books down on the bottom floor that you can bring to your room. Room service is great. Whenever you need stuff clean, they're there and they do it all the time every day. Great location right on the beach. Heated pool barbecues near the pool access to the beach. Can't go wrong with this place. It's great

Jay HabbySpacious room for 4. Had 2 bed/2 bath.full kitchen stocked with all necessary to cook &’serve if you want to do that. Sound block rooms, didn’t hear anyone as they also space far apart. Kitchen was definitely missing a KPod coffee brewer. Did not like the traditional 80’s brewing pot. Had a problem w/fire alarms going off inadvertently and ended up standing in parking lot a couple hours until cleared back. Later that night alarms briefly sounded while we were sleeping. Not a good first night. Next morning elevator was out of service for 2 or 3 days. Some have hard time using the stairwells so it was an inconvenience for many of the guests. All in all it was ok. Good location but not on the water as we thought it would be however beach is fairly private to those who stay.Parking a bit limited as there aren’t enough spots for the number of units. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone if we needed something last minute. Our A/C went out and thankfully they got it back on later that afternoon when we were out. Thank God ceiling fans in every room. Tv remotes sucked. Must be outdated also like the coffee pot. By the time I found out how to work the remotes for channel search & get the channel I wanted a show was almost over. Otherwise place was fine. Clean floors, clean beds. Never had enough bath towels for 2 men & 2 women. Good water pressure tho! Very important 👍🏼
