Elena “Ellie” Harrison 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆We stayed in the Royal Palms building at Coconut Palms Beach Resort II, and overall we had a wonderful vacation. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we would absolutely stay here again because the location was hard to beat. The biggest highlight was the location. Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo had a beautiful ocean-view patio with comfortable chairs, and we were just a short walk from the pool deck and directly onto the beach. It was so convenient to go back and forth between the pool and the ocean throughout the day. The condo had a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and dishes, which made meals easy. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided since I had accidentally forgotten mine. The resort Wi-Fi was also excellent and even reached portions of the beach directly in front of the property, which was a nice bonus. I also want to recognize the maintenance staff. I had a question during our stay, and the maintenance gentleman was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The areas that need improvement were mostly related to housekeeping and communication. When we arrived, several dishes and pieces of cookware had clearly not been cleaned well. Some still had grease and soap residue, and one pan even had grease left in it from a previous guest. We ended up washing everything before using it. We also noticed dirty cabinet knobs and hair left (like from someone shaving their head) on one of the dining chairs, so we did some additional cleaning ourselves. Check-in could also be improved. We were told we would be staying in the Royal Palms building instead of the main resort, but we were only given a map with no address or clear directions. Since the building's sign was missing, it was confusing to find and we ended up guessing based on the paint colors. Once we got to the room, there was no welcome booklet or information about the property, so we had to call the front desk for the Wi-Fi password and other basic information. We also received only one trash bag for our week-long stay and had to make a trip back to the main building to request another. Parking was another challenge. There are fewer parking spaces than units, so finding a spot could be difficult. Overflow parking is available across the street, but that wasn't ideal since my mom has knee issues and walking farther was difficult. Overall, the location, comfortable accommodations, beach access, great Wi-Fi, and friendly maintenance staff made this a very enjoyable stay. With more consistent housekeeping and a smoother check-in process, this would easily be a five-star experience. We truly enjoyed our vacation here and would happily stay again.

Matt Bushman 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Really enjoyed the stay. Well located and walkable to Flagler. Nice pools and staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were nice, just a little outdated. But still very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Christopher Forrest 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★This is not a "fancy" resort, but it's clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. The staff is exceedingly courteous and helpful; the rooms are not "luxurious", but are more than adequate and are well-kept. Adequate parking; several restaurants a very short drive or a longer walk away. Recommend a two-BR suite (for families) that is structured like two adjoining rooms. One side has a living area, separate BR and bath, and a kitchenette. The other is more like a standard hotel room (with its own kitchenette and bath) and can be isolated for more privacy by an interior door. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We had zero complaints.

Slique 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆This location is awesome! While parking was busy, we always found a space. The facility is well used but they have done a great job keeping things clean and fairly updated. There were a few cosmetic issues in the bathroom and our bedroom sliding door was broken, but all-in-all very nice to have a condo like hotel suite. They have four buildings with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units I believe. The workout room was pretty lacking but it looks like most people don't use it much. The pools, private beach are, and beach accessories were fantastic. I would highly recommend this location if you are in NSB and want a nice place to rest after a long day at the beach.
