Holiday Cove South
All of our Apartments are 2 bedroom and a minimum of 2 baths. Ground floor Apartments are 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Upper Apartments are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and are configured as townhomes with living area and kitchen on the bottom floor with bedrooms on the top floor. Please note that Holiday Cove South does not have elevator service to the upper Apartments. All Holiday Cove South owners, renters and guests have access to the pool and the grounds that surround our property. We are conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. At Holiday Cove South our minimal rental period is 1 week. We have monthly and weekly rental rates. Please call for rental availability and rates.

Tiffany OwenOur favorite place! We own a condo here right on the beach. Units rent by the week in the summer and seasonally in winter. The complex is small and quaint, just steps to the beach, no elevators or long halls to walk down. Everything is well maintained and clean. The pool is great for families and adults.

molly RodriguezI used to stay here as a little girl and recently visited again. Our condo was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and extra linens were available. The pool is clean with plenty of spaces for lounging. Most units have a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. Candy the manager is friendly and accommodating.

Candace Curtis, REALTORI know someone who lives there full time and has for many years. The location is perfect, the buildings appear to be well cared for, and the pool sparkles. It's directly on the beach, so easy access to het your toes into the warm sand. Close to all the fun New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Great vacation spot.

lynz intransitionNicely appointed, surprisingly accessible. The view from our apartment was set back but fullscale access to the sunrise and beach view sounds. Overall quiet but nearby things to do made this a perfect re laxing visit.
