Ocean Reef Villas
Ocean Reef Villas is located in New Smyrna Beach and is a direct oceanfront complex. The complex was built in 1973 and has 48 individual units. It accommodates 1, 2, and 3 bedroom direct oceanfront and ocean view units. Ocean Reef Villas is centrally located within walking distance to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and various beach rentals. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The complex has a seasonally heated pool as well as a kiddie pool overlooking the beach. There is also shuffle board and a complex clubhouse where you can enjoy a game of cards and socialize. During the winter months, management plans special clubhouse activities that guests can participate in. There is also open parking available for guests. The complex is four stories, and has an elevator for easier accessibility. Ocean Reef Villas is also within walking distance of The Little Theatre of New Smyrna Beach, where you can see seasonal performances of comedies, musicals, and dramas.

Lost TravelerWe stayed in 112. We were 50 steps to the ocean, pool and where we parked. The condo was one bedroom a one bath. It had everything we needed. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. There were two futons in the living room. My wife and I travel frequently to beaches and the pool deck at Ocean Reef is one of the nicest we have seen. November is an off time so there were minimal waits for dining . Leslie the owner was wonderful to deal with and is a gracious host. There were beach towels, toys, umbrella and chairs so if you choose to fly you won’t need any beach stuff.

Denise CaldwellNice place. Linda in management is great! Very helpful. Only con is, in December, that's when (it seems) they most likely do repairs and outside cleaning. Last year pool being fixed, no pool for the entire 2 weeks, walks around condos being repaired on upper floors, walking across wood boards while seeing way below and caution tape across parts of parking lot. Sides of building being repaired, so a must to keep few blinds closed. This year woke up to loud pressure washer machines cleaning upper walkways and stairs.. The outside is CLEAN and well maintained! Will still come back, but possibly another month. Been coming here since early 90's off and on. Great location, what needed is close by. If wanting more shopping or more dining, Daytona only minutes away. I do recommend this place. Will be back....
