Ashley Roberts⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely AMAZING experience with Gerry’s Marina! From the moment we called for a last-minute reservation, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. The customer service was truly top notch — friendly, professional, helpful, and very reasonably priced. We rented the 20 FT Tuscany Pontoon Boat and had the BEST day out on the water with family and our furry child, Kona 🐾☀️ The boat was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing day cruising around. A huge shoutout to Tim & Clayton for making the experience even better. Clayton even helped us load all of our coolers and personal items onto the boat, which was incredibly appreciated. That level of customer service is hard to find these days! And despite Kona being a little anxious at first and almost turning Tim’s finger into a midday snack 😂 — he still laughed it off, smiled, and even offered her a treat afterward. Talk about patience and kindness! If you’re looking for a fun, stress-free boat day with amazing people who genuinely care about their customers, I HIGHLY recommend Gerry’s Marina. We already can’t wait for our next excursion with Tim & Clayton! 🚤🌊☀️

John McKinneyTook my boat in that I purchased from another dealer and they took excellent care of my boat. Services handled - oil change, gel coat repair and a fuel issue. Loren in service continually kept me up to date with the status of my boat. Highly recommend Gerry’s.

jamie bohlmanSuper fast email responses after filling out the request form, several really great boats to choose from too! We had a perfect day on the 20 foot Tuscany . The crew was so helpful and got us on the water fast , they even offered to help carry our things down to the dock from Our cars. This was my second time renting from Gerry’s and it won’t be the last, thank you !!

Todd SormunenWe had a great experience with the team at Gerry's who just completed the 20 hour engine service on our new Key West 189FS with Yamaha 150 motor. The whole process was fast and efficient and the team there are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get our boat in for service within a couple of days of calling which was great. We dropped the boat off the afternoon before the appointment, Loren explained the details of the service to us, and the boat was ready for pickup the following morning. We'll definitely be back when the boat needs its yearly service!

Garat OatesBrought my Scout for an engine tune up and livewell work after another mechanic said he fixed it but didnt. Gerry's made an appointment just a few days after I called and got right on it. I was so impressed that I also added hydraulic steering and the whole operation was very refreshing from their positive attitude, family approach and attention to detail. Just when I was about to give up on hoping for at least fair boat service , Gerry's was a real pleasure to do business with. I sure hope other service related businesses take note. Consumers want to be treated well and receive great service for their money. Gerry's gets it and they are grateful for your business too. Now they will always have mine.
