Deana ClarkI'm so happy that I found this studio. I have been practicing Bikram (now referred to as 26/2) for nearly 20 years. This practice will completely change your life; although not easy, it is worth it. This studio is blessed to have one of the best instructors I've practiced under, Marilyn Haifa; she is a true gem. The studio is an hour's drive from where I live, but I would drive every day if my schedule allowed. All Yoga is clean, the class is structured, and the instructors are top-notch. Highly recommend

Julia LindleyLove this studio! It's clean, bright and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I'm grateful I attended my yoga teacher training here. So glad I got to know the owner too - she's generous, accommodating and did her best to ensure we all had an amazing experience. I'm looking forward to attending classes here when I'm back in NSB :)
