JessJewel was the most darling little waitress! Such a happy soul! She provided great service too! This place has amazing Belgian waffle selections. I tried the blueberry pie version and my partner had the Fruity Pebbles. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back when on town. You'll love it here!

Steven HallBest breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Burrito was delicious, breakfast sandwich also delicious, hash browns were perfect, beignets were amazing, and the NSB waffle is awesome. Service was great, atmosphere is lovely, would definitely recommend checking into out!

Riley KerstenBEST breakfast/brunch spot in NSB. Affordable prices, the nicest staff/owner and fantastic fresh hot food. Our server was so kind and went out of her way to take care of us even when it was busy. The food was fresh and hot and the fruit was amazing! The owner was also super sweet and friendly to everyone. Will be coming back next time i’m here and would recommend this spot to everyone in the area! Thank you Mermaid Cafe!

Brenda MartinoPaul and I stayed at the Riverview Hotel last night in NSB and this morning for complimentary breakfast from the hotel, we went next door to the Mermaid Cafe and the food, atmosphere, and customer service was extradionare. I had a Peach Bellini and Paul had the Bloody Mary with our breakfast. Loved everything! And we got to meet Jim, the owner and he was lovely. We will be back!!

Tonya & DeeA hidden gem in New Smyrna Beach! We had the most wonderful breakfast here. The beignets were absolute perfection, and the breakfast bowl was incredibly fresh and delicious. What really made our morning, though, was our waitress. Even though the café was super busy, she had the best attitude and gave us amazing service. We will definitely be back!
