JAMES MURPHYWe loved everything about our stay at the Riverview! John at the front desk is an excellent representative, he's very friendly and has a world of knowledge of the area. Our room was very comfortable, with a beautiful views of the bridge and waterway. The location is perfect, you really can walk to so many restaurants and even the beach .We also enjoyed the daily breakfast offered. We also dined in the restaurant and I had one of the best prime ribs Ive had in years. We highly recommend

JennWhat a super cute hotel in a convenient location! It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and being able to catch the sunset nearby was a wonderful bonus. The restaurant next door offers hotel guests a 20% discount, which was a great perk. John was fantastic when I called and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. I loved my room, especially the little patio overlooking the pool. The water got wonderfully hot for a relaxing bath, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I look forward to staying here again.

Dave CopeOur stay at the Riverview Hotel & Resort in New Smyrna Beach was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, you could feel the charm and character of this beautiful historic property, originally built in the late 1800s. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you slow down and relax. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the intracoastal, and that alone made the trip unforgettable. Sitting out in the Adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee in the morning, watching the boats drift by, was pure peace. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home the entire time. The room itself was thoughtfully decorated, blending historic charm with all the modern amenities you’d want for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic, and unique place to stay in New Smyrna Beach, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back!

Bodi TriggerfingerWhat a wonderful place, absolutely stunning hotel. Well located and everything within walking distance. Some Bars are in good fluctuate distance… you never know 🤭. Breakfast is great on the pool area. Nice Bar and grill on the river side.

D FraserThis was our second stay at the Riverview. We love the location, the pool and the staff - everyone is so lovely and welcoming and helpful. We did feel this time the room was a little aged - its filled with furniture meaning theres no room for cases (we traveled for a while and far!) so had large cases and no real space for them. There was no fridge which in the June heat wouldve been nice to have cold water and drinks, or for leftovers! We also felt the bathroom / shower could do with modernising. Overall though a good spot to stay!
