Between River and Historic Flagler Ave, main entrance to our driveable Atlantic Ocean 7 blocks away with Shops, Restaurants, and pubs. Historic Canal St. 1 mile West with our famous Little Drug Store lunch counter, Shops, Restaurants, and Saturday Farmer's Market. The front door of the Buena Vista Inn opens to the tropical courtyard with fountain, sitting area and grills. The back doors open out to 4.5 acre Buena Vista Park. Overlooking the Indian River with quick access to the municipal boat ramp, boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters.

Gary HurlbutWhat a hidden gem!! We loved our stay at this little hidden oasis! Pets are welcome although you would never know there were any staying. No pet smells and we never heard a bark or roar!! Rooms are spacious, bright, up to date, comfy and just right. We couldnt have wanted more. We loved the full kitchen and outdoor griil. Great for heating up leftovers or cooking/grilling in. The price was amazing and we left feeling like we got one up on them with their better than fair pricing. Close to the beach, downtown, and excellent dining options. The proprietors Kathy and her son Brett made us all feel right at home. They're the best!! You won't find their level of customer service or kindness at any Hilton or Ritz!!! Also worth mentioning is the very nice-convienent laundry on-site. We saw manatees and dolphins at the public dock just steps from our back door. This is a comfy home away from home spot...especially if you have your fur babies with you on your travles!! Don't miss this gem!!

robert kiddJust finished up a couple days staying, great little hotel great little location… The people are super friendly, was awesome to take advantage of the barbecue grill, and finally be able to cook in my hotel room. Definitely would stay again. I highly recommend it.

jerald johnsonThe place is basically self service they leave the key for you if you book online no need to check in. Is a older place that has been updated. The grounds are nice and it's on the river. It has two docks to fish off of if that's what you won't. It is very quiet and laid back. Nice place to stay for the weekend.

Erin FinnertyMy two friends and I stayed in #2 Dolphin from May 16-May 20, 2025 and had a pleasant experience. The Inn is quiet and right near a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants once you take a short walk over the bridge and the beach is a walkable distance as well. Brett was also efficient in helping us take care of an issue we had during our stay. The outside garden area was quite lovely as well and our room was quaint and cute. Our room was clean and had a kitchen, small living room area, table, bedroom, and bathroom. It was advertised for up to 3 adults. The air conditioning was adequate too. For our trip we took Lyft to the Daytona area daily and it was about $25 each way there which is reasonable if you’re looking for a place right by Daytona. Overall, our stay was stress free and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here!
