Working with Margie was a pleasure. She was very helpful and attentive helping to walk me through the sale of my first home and assisting me in getting the house ready for market. I was out of state while selling my house, so Margie was my eyes and ears on any issues that popped up such as landscaping, utilities, maintenance and was very quick and timely in letting me know about these issues. She was also super helpful in helping me find the correct services to fix those issues! Would absolutely recommend Magnolia and would gladly use their services again.

After 5 years living elsewhere my husband and I moved back to our home town . Margie Lints was the best decision we made in our search for a realtor. She was a constant support , answering all our questions, keeping us appraised of the details and did all the follow through with the mounds of paperwork. She is professional, responsive and made this a smooth and easy transition. If you are looking for an honest and caring Realtor who truly knows the area and can meet your home criteria, Margie Lints is your person. She is way beyond a 5 Star Real Estate Agent.

Margie Lints/Magnolia Properties is fantastic! From the first phone call to Margie, through closing and even after, she has been readily available to answer questions or find the answers I needed to go forward with confidence in purchasing my new, beautiful home. The entire process felt easy, organized and professional. Just a great experience all the way around. I am pleased and grateful!

Margie was great to work with. She showed us several condos over the course several days. She told us all about the area and she understood what we were looking for. She was very communicative and helped us through the entire process. Would definitely work with Margie again.

Margie Lints at Magnolia Properties is the consummate professional. Our family faced a dilemma. We needed to sell a property in Florida, and the interested parties were scattered in multiple Midwest states. Margie guided us in the process even before we listed the property with her and Magnolia. Her expertise helped us make the best of a bad situation. For that, we are thankful for professionals like Margie Lints and Magnolia Properties.
