My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Night Swan. Nathalie and David are wonderful hosts whose hospitality made our visit truly memorable. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and conveniently located. One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the front porch while taking in the breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Watching dolphins swim by, boats pass in the distance, and enjoying the peaceful serenity of the water was simply unforgettable. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. Every table offers a lovely view of the water, making it the perfect setting to start the day. The combination of exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and stunning waterfront views makes the Night Swan a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to others.

This historic, family-owned Bed & Breakfast will always hold a special place in my heart as my husband and I got married on the Canaveral National Seashore at the end of A1A, then shuttled our guests to the Night Swan where they hosted (123) of our friends and family for their very first wedding reception (in 2014!). It was perfect for the size of our family as we booked every room on the compound. At the time, I was working as a corporate event planner while finishing my interior design degree so I rendered a floorplan of the entire lawn space to ensure we’d fit 100% seating/ tables, buffets, high-tops near the water, dessert station, DJ & more. The event was set up in the beautiful, grassy area under 100-year-old oak trees strung with lights overlooking the inter-coastal/bridge. Dockage is available; which our family LOVED (straight shot to the Disappearing Island), delicious chef’s breakfast & fresh coffee, CLEAN, pet-friendly, easy-to-connect-with/down-to-earth Owners, etc etc... This is definitely a hidden gem you will not regret booking. 🥹🥰

PERFECT Bed & Breakfast for our wedding night 🤍 We stayed at the Night Swan the evening of our wedding (and also used it for my husband's getting ready suite) and we absolutely fell in love. Our room was waterside, with a beautiful sunroom, and the most comfortable bed I've slept in anywhere. The breakfast alone was enough of a reason to come back -- we enjoyed fresh blueberry muffins, hot out-of-the-oven quiche, and plenty of coffee and juice. The owners were unbelievably kind and accommodating during our stay. You can tell they love what they do and treat all of their guests like family. We will definitely be back for our next weekend getaway to NSB!

If you’re looking for a waterfront stay in New Smyrna Beach with boat access, Night Swan Intracoastal Bed & Breakfast is an absolute hidden gem. We found this bed and breakfast a couple of years ago and have been coming back ever since. One of the biggest advantages is the direct Intracoastal waterfront location with dock access—something that’s surprisingly hard to find, especially done this well. The owners, David and Nathalie, are what truly make this place special. They are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely care about their guests. It feels more like staying with friends than just booking a room. The property is also both kid-friendly and pet-friendly, which is rare for a place that still maintains such a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast is another highlight—fresh, homemade, and different each day. You can tell a lot of care goes into it, and it’s something we always look forward to. If you’re visiting New Smyrna Beach and want a unique, waterfront bed and breakfast experience with amazing hosts, this is the place. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back again.

The best the best the best. Dave and Natalie are so very good to clients. Every time we stay they make us feel like family. Love having my boat on the dock and being able to bring my dog along. Loved our stay as always.
