Lys HpgdRachel was an amazing instructor. She took the time to learn my name and made me feel welcome right away. Throughout class, she gave clear, helpful corrections that improved my form without ever feeling intimidating. She was fun, engaging, and kept things realistic by acknowledging the class’s limitations while still challenging us. I left feeling supported, motivated, and excited to come back to more of her classes.

Lisa SimsHave never done Pilates before, but was dying g to try the Reformer- and I love it! Coastal Pilates has been so great. It’s cute as can be and the instructors are really good about helping with adjustments, directions, and fun! I quickly went from 3 days to 5 and just love it being a part of everyday. So glad a refiner place came to NSB!

Katie GoodmanThe best thing I’ve done for “me” this year! :) Having never tried Pilates before walking into this studio, I was embraced with support and encouragement from the Coastal Pilates team. Each instructor is knowledgeable, kind and brings their own unique personality into the space. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautiful and modern. I feel a calming presence each time I walk into the studio. Such nice equipment here. I look forward to each class. A few months in and I am really loving the results so far! Thank you, Coastal Pilates, for making me feel supported from day one! 😊

Janie MillerCoastal Pilates I can not recommend enough!! Whenever any of my girlfriends are in town- we have to take a class together, and they all absolutely love the instructors, atmosphere, and the classes as do I! Each instructor has their own little twist, and bring to life my fitness goals! Joi, Heather, Ivana, Kelli, Ciana, Jules, and Rachel are all incredible, they push you with the the right amount of you "can do it" and its such a wonderful atmosphere and prestige equipment. I have gone to over 100 classes and have seen so much improvement in my mobility-flexibility- strength-and endurance since beginning! You will not be disappointed when you take one of their amazing diverse classes Coastal Pilates NSB has to offer! There truly is something for everyone!

Hope PlayerThis studio is locally owned and the staff members and instructors are great! Classes are challenging and experience appropriate. It's a great space!
