Tev Paul 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Came here at 11am for brunch yesterday to celebrate, after my partner completed her 7.1 mile trail run on her 71st birthday! 💪🏻💥🎉😄👏🏻 (no waiting for a table at that time of the day.) This is the third time we’ve been here, and we’ve never been disappointed. She had the avocado toast, and I had the Greek omelette. Both were delicious. The staff were switched on and attentive, and after I tipped them off about my partner‘s birthday, they kindly brought a complementary dessert muffin + candle, and sang happy birthday for her. Even her coffee mug was unique, and not some standard ‘commercial-kitchen-supplied’ white characterless thing. Which I guess sums up Ruthy’s - it’s special. Equally important these days, was that the prices were very reasonable, especially when compared to some other restaurants in this area. Thanks Ruthy’s for making an effort to keep dining out affordable, we certainly appreciate it! Plenty of parking outside and under the big oak tree in the shade at the back, but it often gets very busy during typical breakfast hours, and there can be a wait. We left feeling fulfilled and happy, and any restaurant that makes you feel like that after you’ve left, makes you want to go back again. If you haven’t tried Ruthy’s on Canal Street, just west of US1, I doubt you’ll be disappointed. Hours are 7am to 2pm.

Melissa Hatcher 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Cute little hole-in-the-wall diner with plenty of seating and a welcoming, friendly staff! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here for the first time. I had the Big Daddy, which came with three giant, fluffy pancakes, bacon, and eggs—so delicious and incredibly filling! My husband had the country fried steak, and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. They also offer lunch and kids' meals, making it a great spot for the whole family. We'll definitely be back!

peggy white 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆Every time we passed by we would say "We need to stop there"...leaving NSB on a rainy Sunday seemed like the perfect time. Don't let the building or the parking lot fool ya, Ruthy's is large inside. There was a wait and they were seating 2 different couples at tables for 6 (just letting you know). Crowded, yes....rushed, no. Coffee cup always full, 1 special from the board (stuffed french toast) and a trad waffle with bacon and eggs. Everything was delish and the portions were hearty. Good people, good food, good place!

Savanna Santana 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Absolutely loved our breakfast here on Father's Day! The omelette with the sausage gravy on top, the biscuits and gravy, and the Mickey pancakes were all phenomenal. Our server (unfortunately we forget her name!) was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure to check on us after we got our food, which came out quickly despite how busy they were. You could tell the food was made fresh, though. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!
