A funky sandwich shop nestled on US 1 in New Smyrna Beach featuring unique sandwiches and beverages.
Owners Sommer and Brian Cieslak fell in love working in upscale restaurants together. They had the vision of bringing the same quality food to a fun family driven environment.
The name; quirky and unusual sets expectations for the food. Highlighting smoked meats done in our massive Ole Hickory Smoker, like Pastrami, Lamb, and Bacon. Also featuring Vegetable focused dishes like our mushroom “cheesesteak” with Fresno relish.
Lastly, we feature seasonal homemade pies and cheesecakes. Retain expectations for flavors and varieties, maybe some classics here and there.

Denise HLI honestly cannot say enough about Paco's. I can't believe we have such a gem this close to us — I don't think I've had a better Reuben sandwich "the Clayton", and I'm even comparing it to Katz's Deli in New York. It's that delicious; it genuinely rivals that sandwich. The rye bread is perfectly grilled, the pastrami is falling-apart tender, the mustard is delicious, and the sauerkraut is spot on. It's honestly one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had. I've had a few of the other sandwiches too and enjoyed them all. The guys working there are super nice, and it's a really cute coastal spot. Highly recommend!

Linnette CruzIt was a cute place where I saw all types of people stop by to get their grub on. The Food was amazing. Very fresh. They do change out the menu especially for seafood due to what they can source from local fisherman. They have different sauces and everything was delicious. I went here after the beach and enjoyed every minute. The service was superb and the vibe was chill relax. Much in theme with our beach day. I will recommend this local spot hands down anytime.

Stefano GomilaThe food is great, i've had the rudy, golden girl, smash burger, and clayton and i can confidently say the rudy and clayton are the best. Their fries are also delicious and super crispy. On top of all that their key lime pie is perfect, not too sweet and i love the whipped cream on too. Definitely come support this place, you wont be disappointed.

Amy Grant BrandsenThis place doesn’t look like much. You walk in and the workers are all under 25. Maybe you younger. These guys cooked some of the greatest sandwiches me and my family of 5 (Including two hungry teen boys) we have had in this genre of food!!! This is a must go to place. It isn’t cheap by any means but you will not be disappointed!!! These young chefs have a great future ahead of them if they stick with it! We are from out of town but will be back each year we visit!
