Gail EmelkoThe Yoga Lounge studio is such a welcoming and relaxing space. Everyone was incredibly friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. Since we were visiting from out of town on vacation, we especially appreciated that mats and props were provided. The studio was easy to find. Nancy is an outstanding instructor! I brought my friend—who had never practiced yoga before—to two Gentle classes, and she absolutely loved the experience. Nancy’s guidance made the classes easy to follow, even for a beginner, while still providing a meaningful stretch and workout. My friend was amazed at how much her hamstrings, quads, and hips needed attention, and she left feeling motivated to find yoga classes near her home. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return on our next trip to NSB.

Sophie HoatsI went to a class here while on vacation and I was so impressed by the loving sense of community and how welcoming Kelly the owner was. The class she taught was wonderful and the studio is beautiful, clean and feels authentic. No mirrors, no loud music. Just yoga. That’s what I’m always looking for when traveling and going to new studios.

DonnaThis yoga studio has it all. They have multiple classes, 7 days a week. The teachers are knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga and how it relates to our bodies. They offer classes for varied skill levels and they are taught in a kind and supportive manner. The Yoga Lounge has made a tremendous impact on my overall health, physical strength and spiritual well-being. Highly recommend for visitors and locals!
