⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute gem in New Smyrna Beach! Osaka Sushi on N. Dixie Highway has quickly become one of our favorite places in New Smyrna. My family and I have enjoyed it so much that we’ve now come back five days in a row, and every single visit has been outstanding. Everything you could possibly want from a great dining experience is here: exceptional customer service, an incredibly clean and welcoming restaurant, wonderful ambience, friendly people, great drinks, and most importantly, absolutely stellar food. Ming is fantastic. You can genuinely tell that he puts his heart into the food he prepares. The quality, freshness, presentation and attention to detail come through in every dish. There is real pride behind what is being served, and it shows. Over our visits, I’ve had the Saku Roll, Poké Bowl, Dragon Rolls, along with several other dishes and rolls that were recommended to us that I honestly can’t even remember the names of off the top of my head. Every single one was absolutely delicious. We’ve actually started enjoying the recommendations because they haven’t steered us wrong yet. I’ve had sushi all over the country and around the world, including in Japan, and eating here genuinely brought back memories of being in Japan and enjoying sushi there. The freshness, flavors, preparation and attention to detail are fantastic. That’s not a comparison I make lightly. The service has been equally impressive. Everyone has made us feel welcome and appreciated every time we’ve walked through the door. There’s something special about finding a restaurant where the food is excellent, but the people and atmosphere make you want to stay, relax and enjoy the evening. We couldn’t be happier to have such a wonderful place just moments from our beach house. After working hard, being able to come here with family, have an amazing sushi dinner and drinks, relax, laugh and simply enjoy life is something we truly appreciate. The food is stellar. The service is outstanding. The restaurant is spotless, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Osaka Sushi is truly a gem for New Smyrna Beach. Five visits in five days probably says more than anything else I could write. We will absolutely continue coming back every chance we get. Thank you, Ming and everyone at Osaka Sushi, for taking such pride in what you do. You’ve earned some very loyal customers!

Amazing sushi! Had the salad with ginger dressing, seaweed salad, Naruto roll, Yellowtail roll, white tuna roll, and Alaska roll-salmon, avocado and cucumber (we're fairly simple and like to taste our fish). Their fish was top tier! We Love when sushi places don't overdo their rolls with a ton of rice and give a decent size piece of fish which is how Osaka is. We'll definitely be back. I also got their green tea and they have honey which made me extra happy.

Food was excellent nice presentation and the prices are great. They have an extensive menu. They have cool t-shirt and the waitress was honest about the sizes running small. Super friendly staff.
