Laura Kelland-MayFriendly and affordable place to stay. The owner and manager were very helpful and gave us tips on where to shop (Winn Dixie) and near by restaurants. Rooms were clean and new shower. The other fixtures were dated but suitable considering the v. Affordable price. Safe and easy access to touristy places in New Smyrna Beach.

Jessica ShieldsFor being a cheaper price, the room was great. The only issue I had was there was only enough hot water for like a 3 minutes shower, then it's straight cold water. The owner was really nice and helpful when we needed something. The location was great! We were right by a couple of restaurants and a gas station. It's also not far from Flagler beach and the intercoastal.

JulieI've stayed there twice for the Turkey Rod Run. The rooms are always clean and neat. Everything works. It's inexpensive. The staff is great. There are convenience stores nearby within walking distance. It's a great place. We will keep staying here!

No NameIn the middle of race week here in Volusia county its hard to get a room without reservations and if you are lucky to find one its at a very high price. That wasn't the case here. I called and none were available at moment. Called back after checkout time and one was open. Not only available but at a great price. Carolyn and owner were great. The room was very clean and linens all fresh. Even towels in bathroom were new. Tv had all channels and refrigerator on and ready too. I would recommend Pooles to anyone.
