W RawalWe have taken all of our dogs here since 2009. Dr Hancock is an excellent doctor and his staff is absolutely stellar! Everyone is so caring and compassionate when our dogs are sick and even more so on their last day. We recently had to have our 16 year old dog relieved from her pain and say goodbye, and shortly after all three of our younger dogs got sick with an ugly parasite. With extreme professionalism, care and advice, all three have bounced back. I cannot give a higher recommendation than 5 stars but I think Dr Hancock and his staff deserve higher! Our dogs love them and are treated extremely well by this practice. We couldn’t be more thankful!

They have the knowledge and the recommendations to help you make informed decisions when it comes to your pet’s health. Whether it’s a routine follow-up or more involved procedure, please give their office a visit. I am so appreciative to their staff for their diligence and reassurance over the time I have come here. dot hetrickI have used Spruce Creek Animal Clinic since 2000. I have had 6 cats. 1 lived for 23 years. Dr. Goldby helped me keep a cat with renal failure going for 3 years. Dr Hancock has helped us through a few emergency episodes. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets. Their staff is skilled, compassionate, and professional.

Vanessa TressVery friendly and always able to get us in. The wait to see the doctor from the scheduled time is a little long to be honest. My appt was at 3:30 and at 4:30 we still haven’t had blood drawn yet. Things move at a slower pace, so expect that. Otherwise, we continue to return and like the care our pets are getting.
