HOLY Ices!!! This place just popped onto the Canal Street scene in New Smyrna Beach just weeks ago & I am already addicted! All of the products are sourced from NY and remind me of when I used to visit my aunt and uncle over the summers in Manhattan! My uncle almost always took me for Italian ice for dessert and Lemon’s took me back! Let me start with the Italian Ice, which is free of gluten, dairy, fat, cholesterol and nuts. The menu has approximately 20 flavors and I sampled quite a few wonderful flavors during my visit this evening. My favorites so far are watermelon, cotton, candy, tigers, blood, and black raspberry! Additionally, there is Cream Ice on the menu and my favorites were coffee and mint chip! Both superb but there were many other flavors I intend on trying on my next visit! Last but not least, there is OUT OF THIS WORLD Ice Cream! I tasted all 4 flavors and loved ALL of them, however the coconut ice cream mixed with tigers blood Italian Ice was tonight’s top choice for me! From the decor to the ice cups and the “shovel” spoons, the shop and presentation are absolutely amazing! So good, so refreshing and exactly what Canal Street and New Smyrna Beach needed! It’s the perfect, little shop you will want to visit regularly and it’s located just across the street from The Spot, General Public House and next to Canal Street Chic. Don’t walk, run! You won’t regret it!

3-20-26 visited to get Italian Ice - staff was SUPER friendly - staff was super generous on giving free samples (usually I feel bad after asking for more than a couple samples to lock in my selection, but they kept offering, nearly insisting, additional samples, so we graciously obliged) - pricing was about what you’d expect for a tourist town ice cream place - store was very clean and decorated with fun colors - the spoons they give you are little shovels, which adds to the fun factor - I don’t understand the menu:. * The section of “Italian ice & cream ice” - are those different things? If so, what’s the difference? * The section of “Hand Dipped Ice Cream Scoop” - is that regular ice cream? * The item of “SS Shovel” - what’s that? If you haven’t tried Lemons Italian Ice you’re missing out!!! Supper friendly owner and the Italian ice and ice cream is very delicious! Recommend trying honeydew, cotton candy, and coconut were our favorites so far! Can’t wait to come back!

We live just a couple of blocks away from Lemons Italian Ice and are so excited they have joined the Canal Street businesses. This cute shop offers delicious Italian Ice, Cream Ice, and Ice Cream. We sampled quite a few flavors and every one of them were incredible, with the next one better than the last! She has gluten-free, sugar-free, fat-free anything you would want. I had the cherry sugar free Italian Ice and it was so good. You could not tell by the flavor that it was sugar free. The owner is so personable and is updating her menu with even more new flavors next week. 🍋🍧. Stop in for a free sample and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!!
