THE WINNER WILL ALSO BE ANNOUNCED ON VISIT NEW SMYRNA BEACH AREA SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS: FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. THE SPONSOR OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS THE NEW SMYRNA BEACH AREA VISITORS BUREAU.

Since the value of the prize package exceeds $599, the winner will be required to complete and submit a W9 form to the sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, New York, Colorado, Puerto Rico & Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local law. Employees of “New Smyrna Beach Area Visitors Bureau" and its affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organizations, and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter or win.

FORM OF ENTRY: Complete the entry form on the online giveaway landing page: https://www.visitnsbfl.com/coastal-summer-dream-2025. Completely fill out the information required on the Online Entry Form— Multiple unlimited entries are allowed. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the campaign end date to be considered entered for a chance to win. Information collected from entrants is used only for the purpose of the prize drawings and to notify winners and will not be shared in any manner by the ‘New Smyrna Beach Area Visitors Bureau' or any third parties. By registering to win, the participant agrees to receive future travel or shopping information from the New Smyrna Beach Area Visitors Bureau. 

DRAWING:  Drawings will be held according to the schedule posted from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The winner will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days of the drawing. The potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where legal, a publicity release and Federal and State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will disqualify the entrant. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of the prize. Prizes must be used according to the terms and conditions listed for each item on the Sweepstakes Official Rules, and the sponsor does not offer alternative prizes. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer, or cash alternative is permitted. Entrants also consent to the use of his/her name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winners.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively "Releases"), from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Giveaway, use or misuse of any prize. Releases and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Giveaway, or any other technical or other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, for any reason, this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, or if this Giveaway or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Giveaway and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway or any portion thereof. In the event this Giveaway is canceled, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the drawing before the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.
